Adam is the founder of Kingdom Operatives and is a pioneer of the compassionate candor movement. He is the creative mind behind "Weapons of Mass Deception," a resource that supports the mental health and well-being of military, first responders.
As CEO of Kingdom Operatives, Adam focuses on providing adventure-based leadership training to empower leaders and their communities. Before starting Kingdom Operatives in 2021, Adam had a noteworthy career as a Program Manager in Aviation and Aerospace at Sierra Nevada Corporation, was promoted to Senior Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Adam lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and two daughters.
