Our Story.

Who We Are

Kingdom Operatives is a veteran-owned, family-run training company dedicated to equipping leaders and teams to thrive under pressure. Founded by Adam F. Jones, KO brings together a specialized set of trainers, consultants, and partners who share one mission: to equip leaders to build mission-effective teams by overcoming the hidden struggles and creating cultures people are proud to own.

Our Team.

Kingdom Operatives has a team of trainers and coaches to ensure that we can customize our solutions based on your needs.

Why We Exist

Warriors deserve to live in the same freedom they’ve fought to defend. Yet too often, that freedom feels out of reach. Many carry silent battles—destructive thoughts, fractured families, lingering regret—that weigh heavier than any mission they faced in uniform.

These struggles are not limited to the military. High performers across every arena find themselves drifting, pulled off course by chronic stress, burnout, emptiness, and loss of clarity. Left unaddressed, these hidden battles erode performance, weaken relationships, and strip organizations of their greatest strength: their people.

At Kingdom Operatives, we exist to confront these silent struggles head-on and restore the strength, purpose, and clarity that every warrior—and every team—was created to walk in.

Our
Solution.

We provide raw and relatable workshops, leadership development programs, and resources that empower teams to:

  • Build resilience and mental clarity

  • Strengthen communication and relationships

  • Establish cultures of accountability and ownership

  • Lead effectively on and off duty
